Union Pacific Railroad owns the long haul double track adjacent to the northern border of RGCC-North running parallel to Hwy 84.  A Letter of Understanding (LOU) was previously signed by Union Pacific and CGMR L.P., stipulating the infrastructure requirements necessary for the installation and service of rail with RGCC.  The LOU has since expired but Union Pacific has provided verbal support to renew the LOU if rail service is needed.  In addition, if projected market demand dictates,
