Union Pacific Railroad owns the long haul double track adjacent to the northern border of RGCC-North running parallel to Hwy 84. A Letter of Understanding (LOU) was previously signed by Union Pacific and CGMR L.P., stipulating the infrastructure requirements necessary for the installation and service of rail with RGCC.
